What is a device?

A device is defined as one dedicated workstation or tablet running Windows 10

What is the minimum device base?

Our minimum device base is 150 active users.

Is there a setup fee or other costs?

There are no setup fees nor any other hidden fees.

What is the payment plan?

We offer a flexible payment plan. You can add and delete devices at anytime. You are billed monthly.

How do I buy and pay?

Get started by filling the form with the plan you are interested, number of devices and one of our sales team will contact you.

Once you are onboarded, your monthly fee will be direct debited from your nominated bank account or credit card at the start of each month.

Does the cost include GST?

Yes. All prices includes GST with the cost per device.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, you cancel anytime within 30 days notice.

What do we use to patch?

The Basic and Stay Current support plans leverages clients exiting SCCM infrastructure. If a client does not have SCCM, an Intune License is required.

What if I already own Intune Licenses?

Great. We will leverage these licenses and provide Co-management for Windows 10 devices as part of the Stay Current Support

Is patching of Server included?

No, Windows as a Service is for Windows 10 only.

What currency do you charge?

All prices are in AUD.
